Live operations

Made live agenda controls faster and more flexible

Hosts can now run a live agenda from a compact player-style control bar: move between agenda items, start or pause the active timer, and correct time without opening full timer settings. Every shared view follows the same room state.

  • Use icon controls to move to the previous or next agenda item without automatically starting it
  • Start or pause the active timer from the same central control
  • Choose a quick adjustment step: 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, or a custom value
  • Add or remove the chosen step, or set an exact remaining time when the live session needs a correction
Shared views

Added actual start-time records to moderator and agenda views

Moderator and agenda pages now stay aligned with host and speaker timing by showing the actual start time after a segment begins. Agenda also keeps that timestamp as part of each started item in the timeline.

  • Show the same actual start time in Moderator after a manual timer begins
  • Keep scheduled start labels for upcoming agenda items unchanged
  • Add Started HH:MM:SS metadata to agenda items that have actually begun
  • Clear the recorded actual start time again when a manual duration timer is reset
Time display

Added flexible timer and room-clock display modes

Hosts can now choose how each timer appears across the display, speaker, moderator, agenda, and host preview screens. The new options support countdowns, elapsed time, room-clock combinations, and a standalone room clock.

  • Choose Countdown or Count Up for each timer
  • Add the current room time beneath a countdown or elapsed timer
  • Show Time of Day as a standalone room clock with seconds
  • Keep every shared view aligned to the room timezone and synchronized server time
Agenda view

Added a public agenda view with linked flow cues

PresentationTimer now includes a dedicated agenda view for shared room progress. Teams, attendees, and next speakers can follow the live segment, the next segment, and linked start relationships without opening the host controls.

  • Added a dedicated /agenda screen for read-only room progress
  • Show the live segment, the next segment, and the full agenda in one view
  • Show linked-start states for upcoming agenda items and handoff transitions
  • Added agenda link sharing from the host timer share menu
Moderator view

Added a dedicated moderator view and simplified host timer controls

PresentationTimer now includes a dedicated moderator view for producers, assistants, and facilitators who need room awareness without host control. The host timer controls were also simplified so start and pause now share one clearer primary button.

  • Added a dedicated /moderator screen for read-only room monitoring
  • Show current segment, next segment, active message, and room connection summary in moderator view
  • Added moderator link sharing from the host timer share menu
  • Simplified host timer controls into one primary Start or Pause button
Speaker view

Added a dedicated speaker view with start-time cues

PresentationTimer now includes a dedicated speaker view link, clearer start-time visibility for live timers, and a cleaner host-side preview for presenters who need to track both the current segment and what starts next.

  • Added a dedicated /speaker screen alongside the display screen
  • Show current timer start time after manual start and for scheduled timers
  • Show the next segment scheduled start time when a timer is configured to start later
  • Refined the host timer preview to feel lighter and less card-heavy
Account

Added saved rooms under My Rooms

Signed-in users can now save a room to their account, reopen it later from My Rooms, and manage it without losing the live host workflow.

  • Save a room only when you want to keep it
  • Reopen saved rooms from your account page
  • Rename or delete saved rooms with account control
Display messages

Added display message controls

Hosts can send a short message to the timer display, making it easier to guide speakers and audiences during a live session without interrupting the room.

  • Lightweight host control for display messages
  • Messages visible on the speaker display
  • Simple interaction for live-event pressure
Reliability

Improved live room synchronization

Host and display screens stay better aligned when controlling a live timer room, which helps remote meetings, classroom screens, and stage displays follow the same clock.

  • Better host-to-display connection
  • Less confusion when reopening or sharing a room
  • More dependable live timer state across devices
